Dr. U R Covered, President of Change the Narrative and Curator of CTN's Leading Ladies, is a solution-driven conversationalist who exemplifies holistic leadership, financial strategy, economic advocacy, lifestyle coaching, and consulting. She facilitates comprehensive discussions that seamlessly integrate core life principles with financial enlightenment to promote economic empowerment and personal growth. Dr. U R's innovative methodology is guided by the 3 C's principles of CTN: challenge, consider, and change the narrative. Through her visionary leadership, she has cultivated diverse platforms that empower professional, dynamic, influential change agents known as the CTN's Leading Ladies and Leading Gentlemen. This community aims to elevate concepts and redefine conventional views on wealth, success, community influence, and leadership through the art of storytelling and shared insights. The CTN's Leading Ladies sessions take place every Tuesday from 11:30 AM to 2:00 PM EST, providing an opportunity to connect, share, collaborate, and support one another in changing the narrative together.

 Peace and Prosperity. Lanesha Hart, the vivacious leading lady with over 10 years of service dedicated to public advocacy and education advocacy.
She has undergraduate studies in human services and graduate studies in public administration and affairs that accompany her life's mission to help people be the best version of themselves, and to affect change with every with every endeavor aimed to uplift generations of families within the black community.
Lanesha is best known as mom to 2 beautiful intelligent young men. She is a proud, unapologetically intrepid, melanated woman from South Jamaica, Queens, N.Y. 

Meet YaYa (@KiddYaYa across all platforms), an interdisciplinary artist from New Orleans, LA. Her contribution to CTN Leading Ladies Committee, are marketing, graphics and A.I. art. She is all about curating dope experiences and shenanigans while greeting those who cross her path with a warm peace and life greeting. 

KSquared, also known as Sakaa, has transitioned from an Avionics and Electronics Technician in the U.S. Navy to a Full-Stack Web Developer, driven by a deep passion for technology. With a solid foundation in 6 programming languages, she is now expanding her skills with SQL and C++.

KSquared believes in the power of adaptability and is eager to explore all aspects of technology, from schematics to software development.  She encourages others to join in this inspiring journey of exploration and growth. She looks forward to the possibilities of an electric, internet-driven future and is committed to transforming innovative ideas into reality. 

Sherri is purpose driven well-rounded individual who combines her roles as an author, speaker, facilitator, community advocate, and vision and purpose coach to inspire and empower individuals and organizations. With her passion for storytelling, commitment to community advocacy, and unwavering faith, Sherri continues to make a significant impact by pushing individuals to reach their full potential and create positive change in their lives and communities.
